We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our clients happy. We stand behind our services and want our clients to be satisfied. When we determine a refund is applicable in a given circumstance, we apply refunds to the tender of the original purchase price. In terms of our online seminars and trainings, we will provide refunds and rescheduling up to the point of the event date purchased/registered for. If a refund is requested after the event date has passed, we will no longer provide refunds at that time but will offer to reschedule for a later seminar/training pending availability.
